Preparing for Final Presentations

Final presentations of your projects will happen at 5:00pm on Friday January 21.
You are welcome to invite colleagues, friends and family. Each team will have 10 minutes to demonstrate and discuss their finished posters. In addition to the finished poster, you should prepare a presentation that includes:

• concept and design: a discussion of the concept and design of your poster
• construction process: a discussion of the process of making the poster
• a video of your completed poster
• the future: a brief discussion of questions like:
  (how) would you change the poster if you had more time?
  what did you learn from the workshop?
  how will you use the skills you learned in future work?
